I've never met Dr. Randy Pausch in person, but I feel as if I had through his now-famous last lecture at Carnegie Mellon University. He and Jeffrey Zaslow, one of my favorite Wall Street Journal writers, co-authored The Last Lecture, which I have to admit I haven't read just because I know it's going to reduce me into a sobbing mess. Because of Dr. Randy Pausch I've changed the way I teach and, I know I risk sounding cliched, the way I live.
